This soft, frost free pack is gentle on skin and does not need to be wrapped in a towel. Reusable. Latex free. For COLD therapy, place pack in freezer for a minimum of 1 hour prior to use. Store in freezer in plastic bag to prevent soiling For HEAT therapy, simply heat the pack in a microwave according to the heating instructions printed on the pack. The pack will maintain therapeutic temperature for 20 minutes. *Follow instructions on package! Overheating may cause injury or cause pack to rupture and leak.
