There is a 2:00 p.m. (CST) cut off time for any manually processed purchase orders (fax or email) and a 3:00 p.m. (CST) cut off for the electronic purchase orders (EDI or online order). All Medchain orders have a 2:00 p.m. (CST) cut off time. Orders received after the cut off time are not guaranteed to ship the following day, but we will give our best effort. Please contact customer service if you need special assistance or want to check to see if we were able to get the order processed.
*Does not include drop ship orders as each vendor has their own policy. Please contact NDC Customer Service for specific times on any drop ship order cut off.
Orders are filled in a “first in - first out” model and inventory can not be guaranteed. Please contact your sales representative or NDC customer service for more up-to-date inventory information.
