Val-u-Band Exercise Band is one of the most economical exercise bands on the market. Same great quality as CanDo exercise band in berry colors. Available with latex or latex-free.
Designed to be used with strengthening, training and conditioning exercises. These exercise stretch bands are ideal for upper and lower body workouts. Use them to build your core strength, or for rehabilitation purposes after injury.
Levels range in order of resistance from least to greatest resistance: Peach (1), Orange (2), Lime Green (3), Blueberry (4), Plum (5). Similar resistance levels to standard color systems of Theraband and Cando.
Each roll of Valuband is 5″ x 50 yards; contains center core for use in dispenser systems. Simply cut desired length with scissors.
